Maintenance supervisor

Job Summary

Supervisar la ejecución de todos los trabajos de mantenimiento en equipos industriales (preventivo, predictivo y correctivo programados).

Elaboración de programas semanales de trabajo compartiendo con el personal a cargo las directrices requeridas para su cumplimiento.

Seguimiento estricto de los indicadores de procesos (OEE, WPR, CPK, SEC, CP, PROD) y de gestión de mantenimiento (MTTR, MTBF)

Elaboración de reporte mensual de mantenimiento.

Dirección y control de obras realizadas en planta.

Manejo de proveedores.

Planeamiento, organización y control del mantenimiento en general y elaboración de los planes de acción

Elaboración y control del presupuesto anual operativo del mantenimiento general.
