Maintenance Tech II

Job Description

• Receives and follows maintenance schedule/instructions from supervisor and as outlined in established maintenance policies and procedures.
• Performs general maintenance tasks including snow removal. 
• Performs minor repairs, alterations or additions in accordance with daily work assignments or as directed by supervisors.
• Completes minor carpentry repairs. Discard waste/trash into proper containers and reline trash receptacle with plastic liner.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent 

• 2-5 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.

• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, HVAC, and other critical systems. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and schematics. HVAC experience required

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify, diagnose, and resolve issues in a variety of systems and equipment.

• Proficiency in using hand and power tools, diagnostic instruments, and specialized equipment necessary for maintenance tasks.

• Valid driver's license required

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-Time Position- 40 hours a week
• Monday - Friday 8:00am-4:30pm; every other weekend and holiday.
• Pay: $26.00/hour
