Maintenance Technician

Our CNC Maintenance Technician is responsible for all maintenance and repair of our state-of-the-art CNC machinery. Our newly renovated facility is in Meridian ID, less than a 20-minute commute from Boise. The Boise area offers a moderate climate with quick access to outdoor recreation.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

Our CNC Maintenance Technician is responsible for all maintenance and repair of our state-of-the-art CNC machinery.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

• Diagnose and repair production equipment including our state-of-the-art CNC grinding machines and PVD coating centers.
• Maintain and follow the facilities comprehensive machine PM schedules including:
• Oil and fluid levels
• Concentration levels
• Filter changes
• Machine or process calibrations
• Communicate with management and machinery vendors as required.
• Assist with Company maintenance projects and engineering efforts.

YOU'LL BRING:

• High School Degree or equivalent.
• 2+ years in a CNC manufacturing environment preferred.
• Demonstrated ability and knowledge of trouble shooting and repair of:

• • CNC machines and controllers
  • Electrical equipment and processes
  • Mechanical equipment and processes
  • Pneumatic and hydraulic equipment
  • HVAC systems
• Demonstrated ability to handle numerous maintenance projects simultaneously.
• A desire to succeed in a fast-paced growing company.
• An interest in working with new technologies.
• Willingness to work with all departments and provide peer mentoring.
