About the role
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Current California Registered Nurse license in good standing.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent required.
- Minimum three years of recent acute-care nursing experience with cardiac, critical care, emergency, interventional radiology, or cardiac catheterization experience.
- Demonstrated charge nurse, supervisory, management, preceptor, or clinical leadership experience.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Working knowledge of procedural sedation, emergency response, sterile technique, cardiovascular medications, hemodynamic monitoring, and peri-procedural nursing care appropriate to assigned services.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Education, or related field.
- Previous Cath Lab leadership and/or educator experience.
- CCRN, CV-BC, RCIS, or other relevant cardiovascular/leadership/education certification as applicable.
- Experience with Cath Lab scheduling, call-team operations, competency programs, regulatory readiness, quality improvement, inventory/equipment coordination, and cardiovascular service-line growth.
