Description

In this highly visible role, you will manage selection, implementation & optimization of manufacturing processes for mechanical enclosure subassemblies for our legendary products.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Mechanical engineering, Material, automation or mechanical design. Master degree is plus.
Fluent in English as a working language (verbal and written)

Preferred Qualifications

Cross disciplinary knowledges like chemistry, machine learning are considered plus.
Self motivated and result oriented mindset
Ability to work on manufacturing sites independently and willingness on over 50% travel frequently (mainly in Asia).
Ability to navigate through ambiguity and find right direction.
ability to manage the conflicts and execute actions and deliver results;
Quick learner, capable to quickly pick up process knowledge.
