Job Summary

Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Support day-to-day marketing activities for assigned fragrance categories and projects.
- Assist in the development and launch of new fragrance concepts and innovations.
- Coordinate project timelines and track progress to ensure key milestones are met.
- Conduct market, consumer, and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and marketing materials for internal and customer meetings.
- Evaluate existing products and recommend improvements or growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with Sales, Perfumery, Consumer Insights, and Creative teams on business initiatives.
- Support other projects as assigned.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, category management, product management, or FMCG.
- Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
- Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Fluent in English and Chinese preferred.
