Marketing Lead

We are now looking for an experienced, hands-on Marketing Lead to establish and own our marketing function. This person will work closely with company leadership and our growing go-to-market team to define the strategy, build the systems, and execute the work.StreetIQ offers a meaningful foundation to build from: paying customers, thousands of road miles under management, the support of The Heritage Group and its nearly century-long history in the road industry, and an emerging software category with significant room to lead.This is an opportunity to build the marketing practice, not inherit one.Indianapolis-area candidates are preferred.

Essential Functions

• Developing StreetIQ’s marketing strategy and positioning
• Owning our website, content, email campaigns, events, and digital channels
• Building and managing our marketing operations in HubSpot
• Creating demand-generation programs for government and infrastructure buyers
• Translating a technical product into clear, credible market language
• Establishing the processes and performance measures needed to scale the function

• Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned, including but not limited to continuously growing in alignment with the Company’s core values, competencies, and skills.

Experience Qualifications

• Experience independently owning marketing programs and turning strategy into measurable execution.
• Advanced HubSpot capability is important.
• Experience in government technology, public-sector software, infrastructure, or B2B SaaS is strongly preferred.
