Medical Affair Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

General Responsibilities

• Willing to educate colleagues from other departments
• Keep up to date with new developments and treatment guidelines
• Ability to both provide and receive constructive feedback
• Build and maintain relationships with colleagues
• Share knowledge with other team members
• Work as part of a team to reach common goals 

Specific Responsibilities

• Act as member of the multidisciplinary brand team
• Help guide the strategic direction in therapeutic areas
• Collect and disseminate clear content from the wealth of scientific data
• Support and create convincing communication concepts in cooperation with marketing and external partners
• Actively Contribute to the development of content of promotional materials
• Develop good relationships and appropriate interact with key opinion leader (KOL)’s / HCP’s in terms of scientific point of view
• Professional provide response to medical inquiries related to assigned therapeutic areas
• Be trainer for field force reps regarding medical aspects
• Contribute or ability to review relevant publications
• Scientifically contribute and review all kind of related materials from assigned brands’ teams
• Actively initiate local Advisory Board meetings to ensure knowledge transfer, foster KOL relationships, ensure scientific understanding and build appropriate advocacy
• Contribute to a digital strategySupport marketing and sales force drive the business

Work Experience:

• Minimum 2 years working experience at Medical Advisor level with Medical Doctor Dgree

Core Skill Requirement:

• Strong ability to apply and leverage scientific and medical knowledge in medical nutrition/specific nutrition products.
• Ability to engage and interact with the medical and professional community
• Excellent articulation, presentation and communication skills
• Strategic thinking and planning skills
• Possess good interpersonal and verbal/written skills
• Good presentation skills.
• Analytical and attentive to details
• Language skill: Fluent English Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking
