Vitalant is currently hiring for an experienced Medical Lab Scientist Reference Laboratory located in Montvale, New Jersey.

What to Expect

Schedule: EVE 3:00 PM - 11:30PM (rotates W/E)

Shift Differential: As applicable

Training: Training Days (7:00 AM - 3:30PM) Monday-Friday.

Training location: Montvale, NJ

Base Pay: 42.73 / hour - $59.20 / hour (depending on role).

As a Med Lab Scientist, you'll get to

• Perform high complexity testing in immunohematology, including antibody identification, antigen typing, absorptions, elution, and cross match.
• Review and report test results, participate in investigative studies, participate in quality control, preventative maintenance, and validations.

• Medical Lab Generalist: we can help you fast track to MLS in just over one year!

Medical Lab Scientist II

• MLS/BB certification required.
• 2 years in a clinical laboratory setting required.
• Pay: $42.73/hour - $44.77/hour

Medical Lab Scientist III

• ​SBB certification preferred. MLS/BB certification required.
• 3 years lab experience with 1-year IRL required.
• 2 years lead/charge experience required.
• Pay $49.14/hour - $51.48/hour

Medical Lab Scientist IV

• SBB required.
• Base Wage: $59.20 / hour
