Microsoft 365 AI Consultant

We are looking for a Microsoft 365 AI / Copilot Consultant to support clients throughout the full Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption journey, from identifying business use cases and implementation opportunities to training, upskilling, and driving user adoption. The role combines technology consulting with a strong client-facing focus, including running workshops, webinars, and presales activities while translating AI capabilities into practical business value. The consultant should have hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform and be comfortable advising both business and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support clients throughout the implementation and adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot.
  
• Act as a technology advisor, helping clients understand how Microsoft 365 and AI solutions can address their business needs.
  
• Identify business needs and translate them into practical technology solutions and use cases.
  
• Design and develop use cases around Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio and Power Platform.
  
• Conduct client-facing workshops, training sessions, webinars and presentations.
  
• Support users in their day-to-day adoption of new technologies.
  
• Identify adoption barriers and recommend actions to increase user engagement and effective usage.
  
• Participate in end-to-end implementation and adoption projects.
  
• Support presales activities, including solution concepts and client discussions.
  
• Work closely with technical, business and sales teams.
  
• Continuously develop your knowledge of Microsoft 365, Copilot and emerging AI solutions.
  

• 3+ years of experience as a Microsoft 365 Consultant, Microsoft Consultant or in a similar role, preferably within a Microsoft Partner environment.
  
• Strong practical knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
  
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption — this is the most important part of the profile.
  
• Good knowledge of Copilot Studio and Power Platform.
  
• Experience delivering workshops, training sessions or webinars.
  
• Strong client-facing and consulting skills.
