About the role
Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Engineer
Location: Ashburn, VA (hybrid)
Position Overview
We are seeking a Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Engineer to support a CBP environment focused on building and implementing an automated device management solution, with potential for continued O&M, sustainment, and modernization.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- 10 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint/device management across Windows, iOS, and Android.
- Strong experience with Intune configuration, compliance policies, application deployment, device enrollment, and Windows Autopilot.
- Experience migrating from legacy MDM platforms such as Workspace ONE / AirWatch to Microsoft Intune.
- Hands-on deployment and implementation experience is preferred over high-level architecture/design experience.
- Experience implementing security baselines, including STIG and CIS controls.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Must be able to successfully obtain a CBP Background Investigation (BI).
- Prior or active DHS clearance strongly preferred.
- DC Metro area preferred.
- Must be comfortable working onsite approximately 2 days per week in Ashburn, VA.
