Outdoor Guest Services Guide

General Purpose:

The Outdoor Guest Services Guide will work directly with the Outdoor Guest Services Supervisor to help run and oversee the winter operations of the Outdoor Guest Services, which include the grounds maintenance, parking, ski valet, arrival court, ticket scanning, and parking enforcement areas. This position leads employees on a daily basis and provides support where needed. Daily duties will include ensuring employees are in the appropriate locations, inspecting quality of work, making sure all parking and common areas are clean and safe for the public, and all other duties as assigned. May be required to work some evenings.

This is a seasonal position from 11/16/26 to 3/31/27. Dates are subject to change based on the availability of the applicant and needs of the business. Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

● Assist in overseeing daily operations for parking, grounds, snow removal, ski valet, ticket scanning, arrival court, and parking enforcement.

● Assign work areas for employees and monitor throughout the day.

● Inspect quality of employee work and provide coaching as needed.

● Report any employee issues to the Outdoor Guest Services Supervisor.

● Direct traffic to appropriate ramps and lots in a slow and continuous flow and direct the parking of cars in a safe and effective manner.

● Provide accurate information to guests to direct them to the proper location for assistance. Act as information host/hostess.

● Monitor trash throughout parking areas, roadways, and common areas.

● Report any existing or potential safety hazard to the supervisor immediately.
