We are hiring an Ophthalmic Assistant to support the department's eye care practices. This role is responsible for assisting with patient care functions, including pre-testing for appointments, performing various diagnostic tests, and supporting providers in delivering quality patient care. No prior optical experience required!

 

What You'll Do

• Work 40 hours each week
• Monday - Fridays, Days
• No weekends or holidays
• Location: Decorah, IA
• Opportunities to assist at all Emplify optometry locations including Viroqua, La Crosse, Onalaska, Tomah, Waukon, Decorah, Prairie du Chien, Black River Falls, Whitehall, Winona, Wabasha, Sparta, Hillsboro, and Friendship
• Provide a quality optical experience to our patients and guests

 

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or equivalency
• At least 6 months customer service and/or public relations experience
