Pay: $18.00 to 20.00 per hour + quarterly bonuses

  • $18.00 –$20.00 per hour starting pay
  • Quarterly bonus potential (up to $3,000/yr)

What You’ll Do:

  • Paint/stain interiors, exteriors, and vacant apartments
  • Assist with light maintenance and make-readies
  • Support the Maintenance Manager with small repairs

Requirements:

  • 1+ year painting/maintenance experience preferred
  • Drywall, painting, and carpentry skills
