  • Partner with stakeholders across the business to gather requirements, understand challenges and translate business needs into practical system solutions.
  • Analyse current and future-state people processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, standardisation, automation and user experience.
  • Develop and maintain business requirements, process maps, workflow documentation and business cases to support system initiatives.
  • Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, including test planning, script development, defect management and solution validation.
  • Investigate and resolve complex system, workflow, integration and data issues using structured problem-solving and root cause analysis techniques.
  • Maintain the integrity, accuracy and governance of people data through audits, validation activities and data quality reviews.
  • Build strong relationships with People & Culture, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, leaders and technical teams to support successful outcomes.

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience working with Workday is preferred; however, candidates with experience in other HRIS or enterprise systems are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience in business analysis, systems support, people systems, HR operations or a similar role.
  • A sound understanding of HR processes and the employee lifecycle.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate issues, identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Experience gathering business requirements, facilitating process improvement and documenting workflows.
