Bayshore Home Health – Complex Care Branch is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Personal Caregiver to join our esteemed team, providing home care services to clients in London, ON. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional care and support to our clients, while ensuring their comfort, safety, and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive homemaking services, including but not limited to cleaning, cooking, laundry, and general household management

• Offer companionship and accompany clients to community activities and events

• Administer personal care services in accordance with the care plan directives

• Ensure the emotional, spiritual, and physical comfort and safety of clients to the highest possible standard

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, tailored to meet their specific needs

• Perform specialized procedures for clients where training has been provided while demonstrating current competency

• Observe and document client conditions in line with company standards; promptly report any unusual events or changes in client condition to the Supervisor or Office

• Implement and adhere to infection prevention practices
