About the role
Responsible for participating in the planning, delivery and evaluation of patients in the office setting. Assists in completing patient history as per office specifications. Collaborate with other health team members regarding patient care. Documents patient’s medical information in patient record. Contacts patients about lab work and other test results as per office protocols. Triages patient telephone calls.
Qualifications
Graduated from an accredited school of nursing
Current License by State Board of Nursing required
Current BCLS required
2 years' experience preferred
