Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Manager to oversee our Old Trail Pizza Company. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry, particularly in food preparation and cooking, with a focus on creating delicious pizzas that meet our high standards of quality. This role requires a strong understanding of culinary techniques and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Duties

• Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and menu specifications.
• Ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly stored, maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation.
• Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and knives with precision and care.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Assist in menu planning by suggesting new pizza recipes or variations based on seasonal ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including workstations and cooking equipment.
• Participate in catering events as needed, providing exceptional service to guests.

• Strong culinary background with experience in the food industry, particularly in pizza cooking.
• Knowledge of fine dining standards and practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.

• Creative mindset for menu planning and developing new pizza offerings.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously.
• Must pass background check
