EEP also leads user experience design and research, and manages the systems behind Apple's original content studios.

Description

Our team is looking for a program manager to join this dynamic and fast paced environment. This role will provide day-to-day support for the Employee Experience & Productivity team. This position will help drive and own projects related to finance, headcount, operations, financial planning and analysis deliverables. We’re looking for someone that is comfortable managing multi year budgets, able to think critically, and has top-level finance knowledge. This position requires not only complete financial analyses, but also the ability to drive tangible operational results both within and outside of the organization.

Minimum Qualifications

4+ years related finance/accounting experience
Thorough understanding of and experience with accounting, financial statement analysis, and financial forecast evaluation
Validated knowledge of Excel and Keynote
Demonstrated project management experience in a software development/technology business or equivalent experience leading large cross functional project teams

Preferred Qualifications

Experience handling multi year budgets
Experience with Tableau
Previous experience with operational and capital planning
Project management
Highly motivated self-starter, with proven track record to think strategically and motivate change across a global organization
Collaborating with Finance and global partners on budgets, forecast, and resource optimization
Focused attention to detail with the ability to toggle between macro and micro views
Excellent attention to detail and strong strategic approach
Excellent process management, planning, and organizational skills
Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Ability to deal with ambiguity
Strong organizational skills and detail orientation
Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or related field of study preferred
