About the role
Assistance to plant manager:
Manage and plan the Plant managers daily calendar
Prepare Plant presentations, notes, letters
Metric Leader for Plant key metrics and other reporting for internal, European & WW distribution
Plant Manager´s bussiness trip planning
Receive and filter phone calls for the Plant Manager, as well as her/his daily emials
Expense notes reporting
Assistance to the Sire Leadersihp Team & event coordinator:
Set and plan meeting calendar at year start
Coordinate and gather information for the AOP documents
General Managment Administration:
Manage company cars by coordinating maintenance, cleaness and use.
