Platform Expert

Job Description

Lead the adoption of AI and AI agents within Software Engineering teams, supporting the evolution of Ways of Working across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

You will translate AI opportunities into practical changes to processes, responsibilities and team capabilities, while supporting adoption and evaluating outcomes. Technical implementation of platforms, agents and integrations will be delivered in partnership with Engineering and Technology teams.

Main responsibilities

• Assess current Ways of Working and identify opportunities to integrate AI into software engineering processes.
• Work with teams to define principles and practices for using AI throughout the SDLC.
• Facilitate workflow reviews and support teams in integrating AI into day-to-day activities.
• Collaborate across Engineering, Product, Architecture, Security, Testing and Platform teams to prioritize opportunities and prepare pilots.
• Lead change-management activities, including stakeholder analysis, communication, training, coaching and champion engagement.
• Gather feedback, identify adoption challenges and coordinate responses with relevant teams.
• Develop reusable guides, reference workflows and enablement plans.
• Help define and monitor measures for adoption, productivity, quality and developer experience.
• Follow developments in AI and AI agents for software engineering and translate relevant advances into adoption opportunities.

 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• Solid experience in change management, organizational transformation or technology adoption.
• Functional understanding of the SDLC and software engineering activities.
• Conceptual knowledge of AI-assisted software development and AI agents.
• Experience designing adoption, training and communication initiatives.
• Strong facilitation, communication and stakeholder-influencing skills.
• Ability to work effectively across functions in a matrix organization.
• Results-oriented approach, including working with metrics and team feedback.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.

 

Additional Valued Experience

• Change management, transformation or technology-adoption experience within engineering, IT or software development environments.
