Esplanade Lakewood Ranch, located in Bradenton, FL, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a full-time Pool Attendant! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

• 1 year experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
• CPR certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are important.
• Ability to work outdoors in warm weather conditions.
• Reliable, punctual, and service-oriented.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Primarily Monday-Friday with some weekend availability required.
• Outdoor role in a resort-style, member-focused environment.
