Prattville- Used Car Manager Assistant- Full-time

Are you super organized, resourceful, good with people, and a natural problem solver? We're looking for a proactive assistant to help keep our used car department and reconditioning process moving. This is a very fast-paced environment with multiple vehicles, deadlines, and priorities to manage. You'll need to stay on top of details, follow through, and take action before small issues become big delays. What you'll do: Track vehicles through inspection, repairs, detail, and preparation for sale. Coordinate with service, detail, vendors, and the used car team. Keep vehicle statuses, schedules, and task lists accurate and current. Identify delays, find solutions, and follow up until the job gets done. Help the used car manager keep daily operations organized. Who we’re looking for: Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Good with people and able to build positive working relationships. Resourceful and comfortable solving problems. Proactive, dependable, and willing to take ownership. A clear communicator who follows through. Able to manage changing priorities and stay professional under pressure. Comfortable using computers and learning new systems. Automotive experience is a plus, but we will train the right person. A strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work well with others matter most.
