It is here that you will find Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club. An icon in the Miami Beaches, located near Sunny Isles, this beachside hotel brings a new era of luxury, with celebrated dining and a world-class spa, to its Surfside shores.

About the role: 

The Private Club Server provides exceptional quality and service to Private Club members. In this role, you will be tasked with providing an expertly served beverage or dining experience; anticipating the members’ needs and as an expert on the menu options; and delivering memorable guest experiences. 

 

What you will do: 

• Provide an enjoyable dining experience through excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness. 
• Anticipate guest needs and satisfaction; offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.   
• Assist in clearing and resetting tables according to service standards. 

 

What you bring:  

• An outgoing personality and a can-do approach to assigned tasks.
• High level of understanding and knowledge of food and wine.  
• Background in Luxury Resort and Hotel considered an asset.

Schedule & Hours:

• Full Time (mornings, days, evenings, weekends and holidays)
