Process Technician - Extrusion Blow Molding
3rd Shift
Experienced Extrusion Blow Molding Process Technician
We're looking for a skilled Extrusion Blow Molding Process Technician who enjoys troubleshooting, improving processes, and helping manufacturing operations run at peak performance.
If you have experience with extrusion blow molding equipment and understand how process consistency drives quality production, we'd like to speak with you.
Responsibilities
- Perform machine startups and process verification
- Maintain validated process settings
- Troubleshoot process and quality concerns
- Diagnose machine and tooling issues
- Support mold changes and startup activities
- Monitor production performance and quality
- Document process parameters and production activities
- Train and support production team members as needed
Qualifications
- Prior Extrusion Blow Molding process experience required
- 2+ years of plastics manufacturing experience preferred
- Understanding of molding machines, molds, tooling, and process controls
- Ability to troubleshoot and identify root causes
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
