Elevare Branding is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Production Assistant to support our day-to-day production operations in Miami.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, staying organized, collaborating with a team, and helping ensure projects move smoothly from preparation through completion.

The Production Assistant will work closely with team members to coordinate materials, organize production needs, assist with project preparation, and provide hands-on support throughout different stages of the production process.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily production activities and project preparation.

• Organize materials, supplies, equipment, and production resources.

• Support the team in maintaining efficient production workflows.

• Help prepare materials and workspaces for upcoming projects.

• Track project needs and communicate updates with relevant team members.

• Assist with quality checks to ensure work meets company standards.

• Maintain clean, organized, and professional production areas.

• Help coordinate multiple tasks while meeting project timelines.

• Identify potential issues and communicate them to the appropriate team members.

• Provide general operational support as production needs evolve.

• Follow company procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
