Job Description

BASIC JOB FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

·       Basic Set Up and Operation of the following Equipment Examples include:

o   Clips                                              

o   Air Gap

o   No Drops                           

o   TW Strainer

o   Bagging                             

o   Shower Flange

o   Drop Ell/Vac Breakers        

o   Vac Braker

o   Sonic Weld

o   309

o   Foam in Place                    

o   Sidespray

o   143536                               

o   Soap Dispenser

o   124688                               

o   Genesis Service Kits

·       Takes action to correct unsafe acts, systems and procedures

·       Facilitate material movement in the department or throughout the plant

·       Disassembles, sorts, repairs, and salvages parts as necessary

·       Perform routine preventive maintenance and other duties as assigned.

·       Actively participate in continuous-improvement teams in the area.

·       Actively participate on 5S team and complete 5S duties as assigned

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

·       High School Diploma or GED

·       Must be physically capable of lifting 45lbs multiple times during a work shift

·       Dexterity is critical for this role.  Associates will utilize their fine motor skills to work with small parts in order complete certain task.

·       Experience in manufacturing environment

·       Ability to read and comprehend English

• No write-ups as outlined in the Job Opportunity policy
• Can not have less than 17 hours of unpaid time under the attendance policy
• No disciplinary write-ups in the last 6 months

Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $37,460 USD - $43,472 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
