You will oversee order intake automations, manage daily production releases, and act as the central hub for production status tracking. You’ll work within our ERP and MES systems to ensure orders are accurate, routed correctly, and prioritized effectively from initial release through to job site service. The ideal candidate will possess a high attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

What you’ll do

  • Monitor order entry automations, validate data accuracy, and ensure incoming orders meet all operations requirements.
  • Route flagged, custom, or incomplete orders to the correct design, sales, or engineering parties for necessary modifications and approvals.
  • Manage day-to-day factory production releases, ensuring a consistent and accurate flow of work to the manufacturing floor.
  • Assist with the prioritization, scheduling, and processing of factory rework and job site service requests to minimize delays.
  • Act as the internal point of contact for day-to-day production status updates, answering inquiries from cross-functional teams.
  • Follow and track order progress closely through ERP, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), and Planning Software to ensure timelines are met.
  • Utilize ERP systems extensively to manage order lifecycles, coordinate schedules, and maintain production data integrity.
  • Interact with CAD software on a minor, as-needed basis to verify part dimensions, configurations, or technical details.
  • Assist with the ongoing development of order processing automations.
  • Other duties as required.

What you bring

  • Post-secondary education in a supply chain, administration, manufacturing, or engineering field, or equivalent industry experience.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in order management, production coordination, or manufacturing administration
  • Experience operating within ERP and MES platforms, with a clear understanding of how order data drives automated manufacturing.
  • Ability to monitor automated systems, quickly identify data anomalies, and troubleshoot routing workflows.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize standard production releases alongside urgent rework or job site service tickets.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Integrity and a commitment to high-quality work, with strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.

Bonus Points

  • Previous experience with CAD software
  • Exposure to manufacturing in a hands-on capacity, in positions such as machine operator or laborer.
  • Direct experience operating within Odoo ERP or utilizing imos iX for cabinetry manufacturing workflows.
