Who We're Looking For

We're looking for adaptable team members who enjoy learning new skills and supporting multiple areas of production. While every team member has a primary focus area, we value flexibility and cross-training. The ideal candidate is someone who takes initiative, stays engaged, and is willing to step into different production processes as business needs change.

Candidates with experience in silicone molding, molding operations, lighting or UVA products, wiring, lasers, sewing, upholstery, or other detail-oriented manufacturing environments may find themselves especially successful in this role.

Preferred Experience

While not required, experience in any of the following areas is a plus:

• Silicone molding or other molding processes
• Injection molding
• Lighting, UVA, or related manufacturing environments
• Wiring or electrical assembly
• Laser operation
• Sewing, upholstery, or precision craftsmanship
• Detailed visual inspection and quality control
• Manufacturing roles requiring exceptional attention to detail
• Informal leadership experience or demonstrated leadership potential

Requirements

• 2+ consecutive years of manufacturing, production, assembly, machine operation, or related industrial experience
• Basic math skills
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Commitment to safety and quality
