About the role

Location: Seoul, South Korea
Engagement: 1 Year Contract; duration and working arrangements to be confirmed
Supporting: Korea GTM / Sales

About the Role
We are looking for a Program Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our Korea GTM team. This role will coordinate work across pipeline management, quoting, contracting, billing, and customer follow-up, helping our sales team spend more time with customers.

You will work closely with Korea account teams and partner managers, alongside APAC Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Finance, Legal, Customer Support, and GTM Systems. Success requires strong attention to detail, clear communication, and the ability to keep requests moving across teams and systems.

Responsibilities
CRM and Sales Cadence

  • Review Salesforce opportunities for missing or inconsistent stages, close dates, next steps, ownership, and required fields.

  • Coordinate updates with account owners and maintain accurate records based on confirmed information.

  • Prepare materials for weekly pipeline and forecast reviews, highlighting changes, open questions, and follow-up actions.

  • Track partner-sourced opportunities, including stale records and ownership handoffs.

Deal, Contract, and Billing Support

  • Check that requests for quotes, contract amendments, signatures, and order processing contain the necessary information and documentation.

  • Coordinate requests with Deal Desk, Legal, Billing, and GTM Systems, tracking approvals, support tickets, and outstanding actions.

  • Help investigate missing invoices and questions about billing periods, seats, and credits by gathering supporting information and following up with the responsible teams.

  • Maintain practical checklists for direct and reseller transactions.

Issue Tracking and Data Quality

  • Maintain a consolidated tracker of sales operations requests, including customer impact, owner, next action, target date, and resolution status.

  • Identify overdue requests and issues that could affect customer commitments or deal timelines, and escalate through the appropriate channels.

  • Compare CRM, contract, usage, and billing information using approved tools to identify discrepancies and support investigation.

  • Confirm resolution before closing requests and document recurring issues and their solutions.

Customer Follow-up and Process Improvement

  • Maintain account, contact, and ownership lists for product launches, customer education, and partner programs.

  • Prepare customer communication drafts for account team review and track follow-up completion.

  • Keep operational guides, request procedures, and approved templates current in Korean and English.

  • Use approved AI and automation tools to improve repetitive tasks such as data checks, reporting, and reminders, with appropriate validation of outputs.

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Deal Operations, program coordination, or a related field, or equivalent demonstrated capability.

  • Practical experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM for opportunity management, data maintenance, and reporting.

  • Strong spreadsheet skills, including the ability to reconcile information across sources and identify errors or gaps.

  • Experience coordinating requests across multiple teams and following them through to completion.

  • Professional proficiency in Korean and English, with the ability to communicate issues, status, and required actions clearly.

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and sound judgment when prioritizing competing requests.

  • Experience handling customer and commercial information within established access and approval processes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, cloud services, or usage-based business models.

  • Familiarity with reseller or channel partner operations.

  • Experience with quoting, electronic signature, contract management, billing, or customer support systems.

  • Experience working between Korea-based teams and regional or global functions.

  • Demonstrated use of AI tools or lightweight automation to improve operational efficiency.

Collaboration and Decision-Making
This role is responsible for operational execution, information validation, coordination, and follow-through. Sales leaders and account owners retain responsibility for commercial strategy, customer relationships, and final forecast judgments. Pricing, discounts, contract terms, billing adjustments, and system access remain subject to approval by the responsible functions.
