Project Cost Controller DACH (m/w/d)

Your mission

• Monitoring project costs for all new build and expansion projects  
• Identifying, analysing, and explaining financial deviations  
• Preparing monthly reports, cost reports, forecasts, and progress overviews 
• Checking budgets, commitments, purchase orders, and project administration
• Ensuring that financial and administrative processes are carried out on time and correctly 
• Advising project leaders and project management on cost developments and financial risks
• Actively collaborating with project leaders, planners, and finance colleagues  
• Assisting with periodic closing processes and financial project meeting

Your profile

• Proven experience in a Cost Controller or Project Controller role 
• Experience within infrastructure development, construction, engineering, or other project-based environments strongly preferred 
• Experience supporting projects across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) is preferred 
• Strong knowledge of project cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting 
• Ability to identify financial risks and provide actionable recommendations 
• Fluent German and English language skills (written and spoken) 
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills 
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems
