Project Manager

Role Overview

• Support the planning and execution of multiple concurrent projects, primarily focused on manufacturing equipment, automation, facility improvements, and capital investments. This hands-on role manages contractors, budgets, schedules, and overall project performance while working closely with senior project managers and key stakeholders. The ideal candidate is self-driven, organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day execution of multiple projects.

• Develop, maintain, and drive project schedules.

• Identify and resolve issues and execution roadblocks.

• Manage contractors, vendors, budgets, forecasting, and cost tracking.

• Support site readiness, layouts, and equipment installation.

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and design standards.

• Provide project updates and escalate risks as needed.

• Support commissioning and project closeout.

Requirements

• 3-8 years of project management experience.

• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and contractor performance.

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines.

• Mechanical, construction, or manufacturing experience preferred.

• PMP certification and/or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

• Forklift experience preferred.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project, ClickUp, or Asana.

• 2D CAD software experience preferred; AutoCAD or DraftSight is a plus.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Self-motivated with strong ownership and accountability.

• Adaptable in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.

• Detail-oriented and organized.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
