Develop and execute comprehensive project management plans, including schedules, budgets, procurement strategies, and project milestones.
-
Lead preconstruction and project kickoff meetings to establish expectations, responsibilities, and communication processes.
-
Oversee project financial performance, including budgets, cost tracking, forecasting, change orders, and overall profitability.
-
Coordinate with Superintendents, Project Engineers, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders to maintain efficient project execution.
-
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and other project partners.
-
Manage subcontractor relationships, contract administration, and coordination of project deliverables.
-
Monitor construction progress, identify potential risks, and implement proactive solutions to maintain project schedules and budgets.
-
Review project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change orders to ensure timely resolution and communication.
-
Partner with field leadership to maintain jobsite safety, quality standards, and compliance with project requirements.
-
Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to project team members, including Superintendents and Project Engineers.
-
Maintain accurate project reporting and communicate project status, milestones, and challenges to leadership and stakeholders.
-
Oversee project closeout activities, including final documentation, punch lists, and client turnover.
Qualifications
-
Minimum of 5 years of construction experience working on multifamily, senior housing, or hospitality projects.
-
Previous experience as a Project Engineer, Superintendent, or Project Manager on active construction projects.
-
Strong understanding of construction project management, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
-
Experience using construction estimating and accounting software.
-
Familiarity with construction management platforms such as Viewpoint, Microsoft Project, or ProContractor preferred.
-
Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
-
Ability to manage competing priorities, make informed decisions, and maintain accountability for project outcomes.
