Job Description
Main Task
- Work as interface for customers.
- Make Project planning.
- Adopt proper methods for project management.
- Responsible for Project controlling.
- Prepare for meetings, reviews and project milestones.
- Perform Risk management.
- Project coordination.
- Achieve the agreed project objectives.
- Take up responsibility for international projects and/or highly complex projects that require many years of experiences and successfully closed projects.
- Have International experience with other cultures is crucial to success.
- Select and identify the product and process special characteristic based on customer requirement, which including product legal regulations, applicable functions and assemble requirement etc.
- Establish the product quality objectives based on customer requirement, including ppm, process capability etc.
- Ensure the availability of qualified human resource, and related training plan.
- Handle the customer complaints timely, take necessary corrective and preventive measures to avoid the reoccurrences.
- Ensure the product and process design meet customer requirements.

Requirements
- Bachelor degree or higher in Engineering, or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of working experiences within project management .
- Project management and product development procedure.
