Skillbridge Academy is seeking a confident and enthusiastic Promotions Assistant to join our team in College Station, TX.

In this role, you will support promotional initiatives, assist with customer engagement, help coordinate campaigns and events, and represent the company in a professional and welcoming manner. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, communicating effectively, and contributing to a collaborative team.

You will receive guidance and training to help you develop valuable communication, promotional, customer service, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the execution of promotional campaigns and activities

• Engage with customers and provide clear information about products, services, or promotions

• Support promotional events and outreach initiatives

• Maintain a professional and positive representation of Skillbridge Academy

• Help prepare promotional materials and event resources

• Answer customer questions and provide excellent service

• Work closely with team members to achieve campaign goals

• Assist with tracking promotional activity and customer feedback

• Maintain organized records and materials

• Participate in team meetings and training sessions
