Job Description

As a Public Relations Coordinator, you will support the development and execution of communication initiatives designed to strengthen relationships, enhance brand visibility, and maintain a positive public image.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating public relations initiatives and communication campaigns.
• Support the development of written materials, presentations, announcements, and internal communications.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, partners, stakeholders, and community contacts.
• Coordinate meetings, events, outreach initiatives, and promotional activities.
• Ensure communications remain consistent with the company's brand identity and messaging.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support company initiatives and business objectives.
• Monitor public communications and identify opportunities to strengthen brand awareness.
• Maintain organized records of projects, contacts, communications, and campaign activities.
• Assist with event preparation, scheduling, logistics, and follow-up communication.
• Represent IGL4US with professionalism in meetings, events, and business interactions.
