Job Description:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

 

·         Maintain, review and report on performance of the QMS.

·         Conduct internal audits to confirm adherence to AISC and project related requirements.

·         Review MTR’s, CoC’s and prepare material traceability reports for project specific deliverables.

·         Prepare project inspection reports.

·         Review project specific documentation for pertinent quality requirements.

·         Monitor shop floor activities for compliance with quality standards.

·         Monitor anomaly system, non-conformances, CAR’s.

·         Management of inspection equipment used for QC/QA.

·         Other duties as necessary.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

·         Associates degree in related field

·         3 years’ experience in quality assurance

·         5 year minimum in manufacturing environment

·         Strong verbal and written interpersonal/communication skills required

·         Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

·         Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities

 

WORK ENVIRONMENT

 

·         This is an office position associated with a manufacturing facility. The employee must be able to correctly wear and use any Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required by the employer when in the manufacturing area.
