Job Description:

MISSION

To assure and testify to the customer, authorities and relevant managers, that the project complies with the commitments, that the delivered solution meets technical & non-technical requirements, in order to assure customer satisfaction.

He/she will

· Check that the technical and non-technical requirements of the Customer are recorded, understood and managed efficiently by all members of the bid/project team.

· Check that project deliverables comply with the Customer's technical & non-technical requirements and with the applicable regulations and standards

o Prepare the QA Plan and the Inspections & Tests Plan for the project

o Identify, record and follow the “contractual” milestones/deliverables for OTD/COD indicators

o Requirements traceability matrix

o Prepare the pre and post commissioning Quality Management Reports (QMRs) to comply with Safety Assurance requirements.

· Support the project teams in applying processes, identifying risks and resolving problems.

o Risks & Opportunities Register

o Assessment Check-lists for processes milestones and deliverables

· Provide visibility and advice to the management on/by

o assigned indicators (OTD, COD,….),

o Customer Complaints & Issues, Non-compliances or Non-Conformities: support, follow-up and update of mitigation actions.

o Preparing the Quality Advices according to Project Review calendar

· Liaise with the Customer's Quality representative during the contract execution.

BACKGROUND:

Due to the nature of most of the information to be managed, as well as the variety of departments/functions and people to whom to interact and work with, it is

strongly recommended

· At least 3/5 years of experience in QA/QC

· Good level of English written and spoken; international interlocutor.

· Good manage of Microsoft Office (excel, word and power-point) as well as of communication tools (TEAMS, Jabber, … ).

· Engineering or technical degree.

Valuable:

· Education and knowledge on Quality essentials: management systems and processes, standard ISO 9001/2015 à certificate of Internal auditor

· Knowledge of railway sector, products and solutions.

· Ease to travel around and even abroad – not too frequently
