General Summary
The Quality Engineer I supports the execution of Quality Management System activities related to new and existing products, manufacturing processes, inspection methods, and quality controls. Under guidance, this role helps ensure that products and processes comply with internal requirements, approved specifications, applicable regulations, and current quality standards. The position collects and analyzes quality data, inspection results, nonconformances, and basic trends to support investigations, document findings, and follow up on assigned actions. The Quality Engineer I works on problems of defined scope, applying technical knowledge and basic statistical tools, and collaborates with cross-functional teams on compliance, continuous improvement, validation, transfer, and product and process maintenance activities.
Qualifications

Requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, with at least 1 year of experience in quality engineering, manufacturing, processes, or a relevant area, preferably in a regulated or medical device environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Intermediate English level required to regularly interact with global teams and handle documentation in English.
