Bella Verde Golf Club, located in Montebello, CA, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Range Attendant! We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.
To ensure the continuous, safe, and efficient operation of the driving range by collecting, maintaining, and restocking golf balls, while keeping the range clean, organized, and ready for guest use.
- Collects golf balls from the driving range using a ball-picking vehicle or manual equipment.
- Operates and maintains range-picking machinery safely and responsibly.
- Sorts, cleans, and restocks golf balls in dispensing machines or baskets.
- Inspects range equipment and reports maintenance or safety issues.
- Ensures the driving range remains clean, organized, and free of debris.
- Follows all safety procedures, including wearing protective gear during collection.
- Works independently with minimal supervision while meeting scheduled picking times.
- Assists with general range or grounds duties as needed.
- Provides courteous interaction with staff and guests when required.
- Performs duties in various weather conditions, including early mornings or evenings.
- Must have a valid driver's license (if driving golf carts or driving range equipment).
- Must have a strong work ethic.
- Must have a friendly personality and enjoy working with the public.
- Organized and able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have strong customer and guest orientation.
- Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be dependable.

Environment/Noise:
Regularly works in wet or humid condition (non-weather). Occasionally works in areas with moving mechanical parts; may come into contact with fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals. Frequently works in outdoor weather conditions.
