About the role
Replay: primary source of real, de-identified enterprise data for frontier AI labs; multi-eight-figure run rate; Dumbo, Brooklyn; 14 people, $5.5M (Floodgate, Afore).
Comp: $210K-$300K + equity. Location: On-site 5 days Dumbo, Brooklyn. Visa: Open to visa transfers (OPT, H1B).
Responsibilities
Build and own the company-wide security program from scratch (cloud, appsec, data governance, people)
Access controls, JIT permissions, data governance for sensitive customer data
Lead SOC 2 end-to-end with existing vendor
Threat-model product, pipelines, AI workflows and build technical controls
Secure defaults and tooling for engineering
Tech: AWS, SOC 2, IAM, Cloud Security, AppSec, AI/ML Security, Secrets Management, SIEM, IaC
