HazTek is hiring an experienced Safety Specialist in Dallas, TX to support our growing commercial construction projects. If you’re passionate about making an impact, driving compliance, and building a culture where every worker goes home safe, we want you on our team.

• Oversee all aspects of a commercial construction projects ensuring OSHA compliance
• Conduct daily safety meetings
• Complete accident reports and conduct accident investigations
• Ensure all personnel wear their personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Daily safety audits and inspections
• Inspect power tools and heavy equipment

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of direct construction safety experience required
• OSHA 30 and First Aid/CPR certification required
• Active OSHA 500 and or BCSP certification required
• Degree in a safety related field is a plus
• Ability to work and commit to Mon-Sat schedule required
• Strong knowledge of construction safety standards
• Excellent verbal and written skills

$90,000 - $115,000
