Sales Executive (Construction Material Testing)

Job Description

Sales Executive for a construction material testing lab. Manage sales activities, develop and implement sales strategies, build and maintain customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. Drive sales growth and identify new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell a wide range of construction materials to contractors, developers, architects, and consultants

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and client accounts

• Deliver product presentations and provide technical recommendations to clients

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers

• Monitor market trends, gather competitive intelligence, and contribute to strategic planning

• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and proposals

• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., logistics, technical support) to ensure customer satisfaction

 

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Business, Engineering, or a related field

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the construction or building materials industry

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently

• Proficient in oral and written English

• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks

• Willingness to learn

• Highly organized and flexible

• Ability to coordinate and work as a team towards common goals
