Sales Officer Trainee

Job Description

Putri Petani Maju Academy is a 12-month Female Sales Development Program designed to empower and develop future female sales professionals in the agriculture industry. Through structured learning, hands-on field experience, mentorship, and exposure to commercial operations, participants will build the capabilities needed to support sustainable agricultural growth and establish a successful career in agribusiness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for demand creation and demand fulfilment in their territory
• Manage excellent relationship and Implement Syngenta’s GTM strategy to Strategic R2s segments and strategic growers as well.
• Implement field demand activities (Demo, FFD) and in store marketing activities that build a successful and sustainable business partnership. Closely work with TSM/SE to implement the agreed campaign, monitor implementation, effectiveness, and adjust as requested. 
• Act as a market intelligence for Syngenta in their responsible territory.

Qualifications

• Female graduate in Agriculture, Agronomy, Agricultural Technology, Agri-business, or a related field.
• Enjoy working with farmers, communities and diverse stakeholders.
• Leadership experience through being part of organizations and managing events.
• Excellent skill in: English, Communication, Presentation, Data statistics, Analytics, basic IT developer/programming, Ms. Office and digital platform.
