About the role
Role Purpose
Translate client business needs
into effective Salesforce solutions, from requirements through configuration
and adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather
and document business requirements.
- Map
sales, service, and customer processes.
- Configure
Salesforce objects, fields, flows, reports, dashboards, and approval
processes.
- Write
user stories and support solution design.
- Conduct
workshops, demos, testing, and user training.
- Work
with technical teams on customizations and integrations.
Requirements
Required Skills
- Salesforce configuration, Flow, reports, dashboards,
roles, and permissions.
- Strong CRM process knowledge across sales and service.
- Requirements gathering, process mapping, user stories,
and documentation.
- Testing, UAT, training, and strong client-facing
communication.
Preferred
- Salesforce Administrator.
- Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant.
- Platform App Builder.
