Role Summary and Impact
As a Search Senior Associate, lead and optimize SEO strategies across multiple brands and LATAM markets, driving organic visibility, qualified traffic, and engagement. Oversee technical SEO, content optimization, and AI-driven search initiatives (AEO/GEO), leveraging data and industry insights to identify growth opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and regional stakeholders to maximize search performance and achieve business objectives.
Skills and Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience in SEO strategy and execution, preferably in digital agencies or multinational environments.
- Strong expertise in Technical SEO, On-Page Optimization, Keyword Research, and Content Strategy.
- Experience with SEO analytics and reporting tools, including Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console.
- Knowledge of AI-driven search optimization, including AEO, GEO, AI Overviews, and LLM-based search platforms.
- Proven ability to manage regional projects, analyze organic performance, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
