Senior Analyst - Supply and Demand Planning

What success looks like in this role:

Job Profile Summary:

Develops and ensures implementation of near- and longer-term supply, demand and delivery plans for required equipment, materials and components. Works with operational, sales, marketing, finance and other stakeholders to understand anticipated demand and product-specific forecasting drivers. Ensures developed plans align with revenue forecasts, drive efficiencies and balance appropriately between fulfilment and replenishment needs.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Provides Supply & Demand Planning for assigned organizational and product areas.
• Works with sales, finance production, operational and other stakeholders, and with Supply Chain colleagues, to forecast and manage equipment, material and component demand and required inventory levels.
• Engages with sales, marketing, finance, sourcing and manufacturing teams to understand forecasting drivers.
• Develops and maintains periodic operational demand and distribution plans to ensure timely, effective and efficient order fulfilment.
• Monitors Supply Chain metrics to understand performance, identify inconsistencies / issues and ensure appropriate resolution and/or escalation.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

BA/BS degree and 4-6 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
