Qualifications
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in a BPO setup
- 2 years or more SME, Assistant Coach, or assistant Team Lead experience is PLUS
- Excellent English communication and multitasking skills
- Preferably with a background in Customer Service
- Knowledge/skills/experience with pulling and presenting reports
- Appointment setting experience is a plus
- Willing to work graveyard and can start training immediately
- Has an existing home office setup with a conducive work environment
- Computer or laptop with specs of at least core i5 or higher/7th gen or newer, or its AMD equivalent, 16GB RAM, functional camera, noise-canceling headset, and dual monitor
- A stable internet connection with at least 25 Mbps upload and download
- Back-up power and internet is required
