You will bring:

  • At least five years' experience providing high-level executive support, preferably within a large and complex organisation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally and diplomatically with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated initiative, sound judgement and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential matters.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • A collaborative, flexible approach and a willingness to support colleagues across executive portfolios.

A relevant degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience is required. Experience in higher education, governance or government relations will be highly regarded.

Why join UOW?

At UOW, you will be part of a supportive and collaborative team that works closely with the University's senior leadership. You will have the opportunity to contribute to meaningful initiatives, engage with a diverse range of stakeholders and support the University's strategic priorities.
