Senior IT Project Manager - Public Procurement & Platform Implementation

We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead the procurement and implementation of a new case management platform. The platform will enable increased automation, reduced manual administration, and secure, accessible, and efficient case handling.

You will own the full project lifecycle, from needs analysis and requirements work through procurement, implementation, application development support and handover to operations. You will work closely with procurement, legal, IT architecture and business stakeholders, as well as external suppliers, translating business needs, technical conditions and contractual requirements into a clear plan, deliverables and decision material.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience leading complex IT projects with multiple stakeholder groups and external suppliers
• Project management of at least three public IT procurements, or other procurements under LOU, in close collaboration with procurement and legal functions
• At least three implementations of business-critical platforms, standard systems or low-code/case management platforms
• Project governance using PPS or an equivalent established project model
• Experience in supplier management, risk and dependency management, test and acceptance planning, and handover to operations
• Experience defining requirements within machine learning and/or AI
• Excellent spoken and written Swedish
• Able to work primarily on-site in Solna

Nice to Have

• IT project management experience within the Swedish public sector
• Experience modernising case management systems and digitalising or automating manual case processes
• Experience managing and quality-assuring requirements on information security, accessibility, system architecture, integrations and operations in complex environments
• Experience planning and leading change management in large IT implementations to embed new ways of working among end users
